Training materials and a certificate of attendance is given to each attendee. Included is a copy of Professor Malcolm Bourne's latest book, "Food Texture and Viscosity, Concept and Measurement".
Attendees may bring samples to the course for discussion and testing if appropriate: please notify us in advance if you wish to do so.

Class size is limited to four people.
Fee: $350 per person (includes lunch)
A full refund will be given should you need to cancel up to within one of week of the course. A refund of $200.00 will be given for cancellations within one week of the course.
While not common, courses may be cancelled by Brookfield within one week of scheduled date; you will be notified in the event of a cancellation and may either reschedule or receive a full refund.
